I need you to write a letter to help fathers and children. It will take about 4 minutes.
Did you know that if mom wants to move out of state with the children, the courts almost always grant permission? Even when the children have frequent, loving, and competent care from their fathers?
The time has come for our members to help us level the playing field for children. WE NEED YOU TO WRITE YOUR REPRESENTATIVE IN THE MASSACHUSETTS LEGISLATURE RIGHT AWAY IN SUPPORT OF HOUSE BILL 2101. This is a Fathers and Families’ bill that would require judges to weigh the pros and cons of a moveaway for children before automatically granting the request.
If you want to strike a blow for fairness in the courts, now is your chance!
Don’t know who your Representative is? Just click on the link below and type in your address. The website will tell you the name of your Representative. Then come back to this site for the instructions below.

Don’t know your Representative’s address? You don’t need to. Please send your letter to FATHERS AND FAMILIES, and we will send it on to your Representative on Beacon Hill.
Why? So we can know who is writing letters, how many are written, and what Representatives are getting them.
Do you really want to be ambitious? Make multiple copies of the blank letter, and have all your friends and relatives in your legislative district sign copies.

the internet; or
B) Write your own letter.

We have been working on this bill for almost two years. It has finally reached the stage where democratic input is needed from our members. Write now, or forever hold your peace!
